pretty self explanatory, just curious to know what would be your ideal training routine, down to whether you do it day time or at night, here's my take:
personally It would be an easy strength type routine, in the afternoon after some morning stretching, followed by some cold water exposure, I like working out nearly every day, mixing in with cycling, swimming and rock climbing a couple times a week.
