What kettlebell movement do YOU think works the most muscle groups?

What’s your set and rep scheme? Sounds brutal

So far, it has been closer to brutal than I was hoping, but I really like it. One Arm Press is a unilateral grind, and the Double Clean and Front Squat is a combo of hinge/pull power and squat grind; it also loads the whole body more than limiting my working weight to my One Arm Press.

The “anaconda strength” required for the squats, and the timing or holding of the breathing, is different than what I got used to with Double Clean and Jerks; I’m looking forward to seeing how switching to DCJ in a few weeks will feel after this.
