Barbell What should I do with this?

THIS IS MY QUESTION WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THIS? 65yrs old 180lbs.
This week I tested my standing press and deadlift. I have done these lifts only a handful of times years ago. So my strength is novice/low intermediate but not horrible.

TODAY‘S TEST. Press 140lbs, Deadlift 280lbs

TODAY SESSION 3,4,5 DKFS x 3 24’s = 36reps with 3 dips and 2 chins in between each set
NEXT 5x5 kneeling one arm press 20’s with 2 chins in between,
28 chins total, easy.
27 dips total, easy
straight arm pullovers 3x20 w/20’s
Usually do more volume.

I am trying to decide what to do with the OP and DL.
What would be a reasonable goal? It was suggested that I should add a hinge.
I’m 6’ and only 180lbs so I am a ant.

PTTP I think would be a perfect plan to do. Volume can be reduced by lowering the number of days per week, but it is a great program for a press and a deadlift, and I (maybe incorrectly?) think it’s the perfect amount of strength work for someone of your distinguished age.

Bodyweight press and 2x bodyweight DL are reasonable goals.

I don't understand what you mean by "should add a hinge" -- you already have a hinge in the form of the DL.

I asked in a thread a couple weeks ago and you and Steve said yes add a hinge.

I tried swings and now I am testing out the DL. Training at a CrossFit gym so I have access to bb’s
