What would be the ultimate bodyweight as opposed to no equipment program?

@Kozushi so the also seems to win as fare as trap, delt and even biceps strengthening and hypertrophy also in my experience tax the lungs more. Different movements for different things.
I've been playing with the snatch for the past few weeks alongside my more serious military pressing enveavours. I can tell that it is a much harder movement than swings, and involves more movements and muscles. It's certainly a "better" move overall. It's kind of like how I see the press versus the TGU - the TGU is a better overall move because more is happening in it. Of course, the tradeoffs are that harder moves are harder to do and if you're not up to them, you're better off being content with easier moves.
