Kettlebell When the time comes for the Sinister standard. What kettlebell weight?I'll explain

My goal is to achieve the Sinister standard. No matter how long it takes me. Pavel doesn't mention what weight to start with in his book. Do I get the 40kg or the 48kg kettlebell beast?

If you successfully make the jump from 32 to 48 without anything in between I'd send you money and a cake

After I achieve the Simple standard do I jump from a 32kg kettlebell to a 40kg or to a 48kg kettlebell?

you will spend a lot of time with the 40kg before getting your day with the beast - unless you are already a beast - but then simple would have felt like a warm up on day one. get the 40 before the beast.

Thank you! I will get a 40kg first then later on. No matter how long it takes I will buy the 48kg.
