I'm re-visiting the ROP after getting the Simple goals, but I can't figure out the proper breathing pattern for the C&P, and maybe the snatch. For the snatch, I treat it the same as when I swing, but I do two inhales on the way down. I've tried several different patterns for the C&P, all of which leave me more exhausted than when I swing.

Where do you guys inhale & exhale on the C&P? Thanks.

Breathing is the same in the clean as it is in the swing.  The clean and snatch are built off a good swing pattern so if your swing isn't dialed in right then your clean and snatch are going to have issues.  In the swing the breathing pattern is in on the hike and out as hips and knees come straight, the swing.  The clean is the same, breath in with the hike and out as you come to a standing posture and the kettlebell is controlled into the rack position, breathing in again as the kettlebell is "dropped" and hiked.  Again, like the breathing pattern in the swing.

During the press, breath in before the press and out again at top.  While still having the kettlebell overhead  breath in again lower and breath out as it comes into the rack position again.

If anyone has better cues, please add.  If I am wrong, please correct.
