When you fall off the wagon, what is your go to protocol to come back?

For me it’s Investing in a program or product or book. Read it, follow it. It’ll give you skin in the game. With the internet it’s too easy to muck around and jump from program to program. Any program I’ve ever followed I’ve bought it..
SS/ Kb Strong/ KBSF/Burn
In saying all of that it Kettlebell WOD is excellent if you want progression and variety across a longer span of time.

I've never fully "fallen off the wagon" per se...

But I have had seasons where it is full-on "maintenance mode" - or what I thought to be "maintenance mode."

Once, it turned out that when I shifted out of said mode, I'd actually lost more than I'd anticipated/expected, but that was probably due to some health issues I was fighting at the time.

That being said, in those seasons, I tend to lean to "10 minutes of something/anything."

I'll either do 10 minutes all at once of something I enjoy (ex. Clean + Presses, Squats)...

Or break it up into smaller chunks - 2x 5 minute segments (ex. 2-3x5 Pull Ups, 2-3x5 Dips)...

Or some combination of the two.

I never fall off the wagon from an exercising standpoint. Eating and drinking are a different story. 20 hours into a 40 hour fast, cold shower and jumping into the diet and recovery portion of Burn Extreme.

That sounds a lot like easy muscle part B :) just started week 5 and really enjoying it!

Answer to OP: put the timer on for 30 min and do some jump rope, bands etc just keep the body moving. Usually a week or two and I’m back in.

Same. And same.

A lot of EDT sessions and "maintenance" loads, over a long period of time, led to significant losses that went unnoticed until I tried to do something more, well, significant.

I typically just pick some variation of the big movements; squat, hinge, press, and go at it. Just have some fun. Then, start going at it more seriously.

My goals are very general, though, and the enjoyment of the process is paramount. I just like to get stronger, the powerlifts some times the goal on the horizon. Though I've lately been considering putting more serious effort into the strict overhead press, if I could compete in that.
