My next heavy day (this upcoming monday) will in all likelihood be my last heavy day with the 24kg. I can c&p the 32 on my right side with relative ease and have gotten out a triple. The left side I can now press with confidence too. Monday with be more ladders up to 5 with the 24 and the following Monday will be a test day That hopefully shows me I'm ready to step up. Variety days are mostly getups and bent presses.
I must've missed the question then. Unless you're still referring back to when you asked if GTG grippers would interfere with the ROP...
The answer to that depends. Take me for instance, I could do grippers every day of the week and not affect my kettlebell work negatively. But if I did kettlebells before the grippers, it would really screw up my gripper ability. For other guys it's the other way around - grippers before kettlebells fries their grip for holding on to the kettlebell.
