Jason, I prefer movements over muscles too.
Spawn, I'm looking to strengthen the lats from every angle. I learn kyokushin. For me, changing exercises frequently helps with my K training; except for a few exercises. I've always done exercises which are approved by comrade Pavel. Fatiguing the muscles is a bad idea for me. I'm looking for workouts that demands most out of the lats from 2 or 3 reps.
I wonder what comrade Pavel's choice for best lats exercise be? My guess.... deadlifts or tactical pullups.
