Kettlebell Which programs in MKM are good for hypertrophy?

Geoff markets More Kettlebell Muscle as a fat loss program but I am wondering which of the complexes can also be used for hypertrophy.

He has rebranded MKM as Kettlebell Hard. Summarizing what @Geoff Neupert says in the beginning of the book:

More Carbs + Protein + sets of 5 or more reps = hypertrophy
Less Carbs + Protein + sets of 10 or more reps = fat loss.

My sentiments exactly. 14lbs has went on me somewhere and somehow since I last stood on a scale and I’ve just finished the shoulder smoker and I’ve been running 3 times a week. So something did it.
