I feel tacky asking this on the SF website. I hope I don't offend Pavel or anyone else, but....
DD kettlebells used to be the standard that all other kettlebells were judged by. They were made in America at first but are now made in China. I don't know if the quality has gone down since then. I think that Art of Strength kettlebells are very good, and made in America. How do the current DD, Art of Strength, and Strong First kettlebells compare in terms of quality? I have less expensive kettlebells that are no doubt of inferior quality. I want to expand my kettlebell inventory and am willing to pay a little more for better quality. Considering the fact that these should last the rest of my life, the better kettlebells are still a good deal. Strong First kettlebells are less expensive than DD and Art of Strength. Are the raw materials and craftsmanship as good? I have never actually seen any of these kettlebells and think they are all probably better than the cheap kettlebells that I currently have. I also know that the kettlebells that I have looked at in the local sporting goods stores have a very cheap feel to them.
