Hello,

In a study of University of Illinois, it appeared that liver (among other, such as mango) contains lots of vit A, which helps to skeleton maintenance, teeth and soft tissue.

Culturally in Japan I grew up eating raw liver both pork and beef. Entire raw meet was banned due to food poisoning related death a decade ago.
I basically love it but there's no need to replace vegetables and steak.

In Poland there is a very popular dish called "wątróbka". Which is basically pork, or chicken livers cut into pieces and fried with onions. If done properly (for some reason a lot of people make it very dry) it is amazing dish.

I try and eat liver on a weekly basis. I usually make a stir fry with it and I like to make if the day before I eat it. For some reason it taste much better to me that way.

If you don't like the taste try putting some liver in a food processor and then add the chopped liver to some ground meat and make some homemade meatballs.
