Old Forum Who is Sinister?

I just received the book for Christmas.  It is an excellent read, and after a few months on a 5 x 5 barbell program, I'm excited to get back on a kettlebell routine.  I just started S & S today with my 32kg.  I don't quite meet the simple requirements yet, but it will be fun working towards them.  And eventually all the way to sinister.

I know the book has not been out very long, but I'm curious, have any of you out there hit the sinister standards?  I would love to see a video of some heavy one handed swings and get ups from those who have.

Or, if no videos, could you share your experiences of meeting these standards?  What was the process like?  How does meeting these standards compare to your other lifts (deadlift, press, pullup, snatch, etc.)?  I'm sure other readers will add questions I cannot think of right now.

Agreed that I’d love to watch someone do the sinister workout. Give us something to shoot for :)
