Like many folks, I expect, I pay significant attention to the advice of Pavel, expert coaches and so on. However from time to time, I get ahead of myself and think "I can do that" and like the guy on the surfboard who tries to take a wave that's too much for him, I try a set of moves or weights that I'm not really ready for. Today I had a kettlebell 'wipeout' where the bells told me who was boss, and it wasn't me. Humbled, I closed out my workout realising how much more work I had to do.  After recovering from my self generated humiliation, I had a moment of enlightenment. I realised that by showing me how I wasn't ready, the process also showed me how strong I will be, when I get there. And kettlebelling has got to be, in my opinion, one of the most raw forms of strength demonstration there is.  When people say 'Why does the program minus have only two exercises'?  I just say 'try it' then come back and ask me again. Respect to the party.
