70% of 280 is 195, and this was so light that my form didn't feel right during the pull.
These days are the time to focus on form so it will be on point in the heavier days. I know it sometimes easier said than done, but it is worth doing.
 
Btw: Dan John has suggested to do PTTP with slightly different exercises and alternate them every two weeks (or after 10 workouts)

Instead of DL: Rack Deadlift 1 inch above/below the knee (alternate every 2 weeks). Pavel himself gives the option of switching from sumo to rack DL to regular after each cycle

Instead of the Side Press: Bench Press/incline/decline/Military Press/

This might help experienced lifters to continue making progress.
