Pay Flynn had some on his site before for free, don't know if they are still there. http://chroniclesofstrength.com/

Another thumbs up for Pat Flynn. His site is great, and if you go to his youtube channel, he shows tons of routines. Pat is a RKC.Granted there are a lot of of folks doing kettlebell routines on youtube whose form looks terrible, but Pat's video's show great form, and good basic instruction.

Hello John,

What is good source( Web-site, book etc.) that has many different types of workout routines in it with some description ?

I had trouble coming up with even one example. My favorite books on training don't usually involve a lot of different routines. I will however second Beyond Bodybuilding. Among the best books out there with tons of programs that just flat out works. Aside from that I would read all of Dan John's articles (and read his books too!), he has plenty of fool-proof routines for a variety of goals.

Good luck.

What are your goals?

What is your injury and exercise history?

What tools/equipment do you have access to?
