Ok has been wild for the last two months. And my practice hasnt been there. 6 days a week, 12-14 HR days are killer. I haven't picked up my kettlebell mid to late april.

Wow. I didnt think I would be this far back. I was hopeing my job would keep a little conditioning ip for me.

Time to buckle back down, eat correctly, and get back what I had.

With only an 8 week layoff, I'd be surprised if you weren't right back where you left off after two weeks of training.

It comes back quickly, you just need to make sure not to get discouraged. Those first few workouts are going to be really tough, and you are going to be sore. Stick with it and you will see huge improvements after a few weeks.

I always find that the first workout after a layoff is fantastic.  It's the next one that's a challenge due to soreness.

Luckily I have a manual labor job, so the muscle soreness wasnt the problem. Conditioning is where I was lacking. I have been using a sledgehammer to do levers. My wrist and grip feel better than ever.

Just gotta get the conditioning back!!
