I've been using the yang plank lately.  As opposed to the standard "yin" plank that only has gravity supply the tension, the yang plank has self-generated tension by attempting to pull elbows to toes and seems to fit perfectly in my goals for full Front Lever training. Because it is an isometric that goes to maximum tension, I know it's not something to do all the time.

The only specific programming that have read for it is here:

Are there other programs that use it on a specific schedule? As written, I could just do it one day a week for 3 weeks, then take 3 weeks off and repeat. I wonder if there are any higher volume options.  Thanks!

GreenSoup, you can GTG (make sure to do F&L right after) or do a set or two almost anywhere in your training session.
