I am going to start what I would like to call the yin yang trinity. It is basically Pavels PM, with two days of sledgehammer swings added. The sledgehammer swings will be done the same as the swing manmakers. The seventh day will either be a rest day or a simple deadlift day. I figure since each day is either five minutes or twelve, training everyday is acceptable. The kettlebell swings take care of the posterior chain and cardio, while the sledgehammer takes care of all the kettlebells reverse movements. The TGU covers pretty much every strength movement and angle.
