Other/Mixed You can choose 1 exercise for the rest of your life.

Other strength modalities (e.g., Clubs), mixed strength modalities (e.g., combined kettlebell and barbell), other goals (flexibility)

Barbell clean and jerk or maybe clean and press. Does that count as two?

I can't actually do either of those exercises but I feel like they'd cover a lot of bases. Maybe I should learn them.
