@EnterSandman- I would skip the second training day and may be run a
Week 1: a. Squat and Bench, b. Deads and Press, a. Same
Week2: b, a, b.

Maybe with rows on A days and pull ups on B days. Throw in 50-75 swings, 2x5 ab wheels and maybe farmers walks and you might have something pretty good. I myself would squat and dead the same day but I'm old and Brocken. Hope this helps and best of luck.
