I thoroughly enjoy assisting people with improving their strength and function, in addition to, musculoskeletal and chronic diseases

This assistance is achieved by applying evidence-based/informed exercise prescription & programming, strongfirst principles, and education, tailored to the client's specific requirements and goals.
