WHAT I DO: I help strength enthusiasts, Crossfit athletes and professional fitness trainers of all ages and abilities to move better and get stronger: Much stronger.
HOW I DO IT: I draw on 12 years of experience as a personal trainer, Crossfit coach and StrongFirst kettlebell instructor to detect sub-optimal and dysfunctional movements in individuals.
I then reprogram those movements, teaching the required motor skills and prescribing a custom practice for each student that reinforces and strengthens that movement.
WHY IT WORKS: Strength is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned.
Practically, that means anyone who has the desire to become a better man or woman can get stronger. No matter what condition they are in right now.
