That can be a very personal experience and journey for each person but with the experience and many skills I’ve developed over 23 years as a professional I work with each student to plot their route towards their goals.’

Jamie operates FitStrong Strength & Wellness from his private home based facility where he caters for individuals and small groups of 3 to 4 people.

I have been going to FitStrong for about a year and a half, and I absolutely LOVE exercising now. I can not thank Jamie enough for the tireless effort he puts into every session. Before I started to go to FitStrong, I had no confidence, very little strength, and I couldn’t even run for two minutes without being exhausted. Now I am able to move without hurting myself, and I can lift things much heavier than I could have dreamed about. Jamie’s program is not only beneficial to your physical health, but he has also managed to help with my mental health as well. I actually get excited to workout, instead of thinking of it as a chore. No two sessions are the same, and he keeps it fun and challenging. Thank you Jamie!

I’ve been going to Jamie as a client for about 5 years now, and he has provided training to help improve my stamina, strength, endurance, and eating habits.

He keeps his programs interesting and fun, not keeping to the same plan every month.

Jamie will not push you beyond your abilities, only encourage you to try harder if you feel comfortable doing so, because of this, I have not had any exercise related injuries since training at FitStrong.

His work ethic is all professional and no ego.
