She is also a contributing author to the international best seller Health and Wellness Today.

During 20+ years as a fitness coach, Martine has designed and delivered thousands of training programs that helped all types of students – from athletes to couch potatoes, young to old, exercise newbies to aspiring kettlebell instructors – get more out of life through better movement.

Having studied and tested countless fitness ‘innovations’ over the years, nothing impacted her more than discovering hardstyle kettlebell training in 2007. It was love at first swing.

Incredibly passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, she sought the world’s best instructors and mentors to lead her journey. Her history is still in the making.

When she’s not sprinkling her kettlebell and movement wisdom to inspire a world of better movers, traveling the globe to teach at StrongFirst instructor certifications, or creating instructional videos for her popular Instagram account, you can find her consulting for other fitness professionals needing her particular style of marketing, branding and graphic design savvy.
