In 2019 He earn the title of Beast Tamer, 2021 Elite StrongFirst instructor.

In 2021 he's also have to close his hard earned trainingym facilities due to Covid 19 restrictions, since then he never give up and continue his activities outdoor and Online.

His goals to making people stronger, better and happier trough strength training and physical education.

Online training available for All StrongFirst Certifications, Beast Tamer and Sinister.

Pierre-Antoine découvre l'entrainement "Hardstyle Kettlebell" sous l'œil d'Alexey Senart, Senior SFG à Paris en 2016.

En 2021 il devient instructeur Elite StrongFirst, année où il du fermer son gym due aux restrictions sanitaires. Depuis il continue son activité en extérieur, Online et n'abandonne pas les gens qui lui font confiance depuis des années.

Son but est de rendre les gens plus fort et plus heureux à travers l'éducation de physique et l'entrainement de force.

Pierre is a great instructor with a sharp eye for detail and subtle technique points that he will explain in a simple and clear manner. His original cues will make your technique instantly better. I was lucky to have had Pierre as the leader of the group at my SFG2 certification.

I met Pierre at my recent SFG 2 certification. Man, he is what I want to be when I grow up. He learned me all the SFG 2 skills, reviewd the level 1 skills, talked about lasagna (layering skills upon skills), did a zumba routine and had a mental trip to the beach with a kettlebell.

Fun aside, his cue's are easy to understand and applicable, he definetly knows what he's talking about, he walks the walk, talks the talk and is very humble.

He is one of the best online coach. His programs are well-structured and he is very informative.

I highly recommend coach Pierre for every level students, who is interested in learning hard-style kettlebell practicing or advance level athletes, who seeks for a competent coach for strength and mobility training. Or anyone who has a specific goals like Beast Tamer/ Iron Maiden challenge, SFG1/2, SFGB, and SFL prep course.
