profilephoto01-0013700000ROydDAATYann is a professional strength coach based in Strasbourg, France. He's started his career in the fitness industry after eigth years in the military. He coaches both in the private and corporate environment, while also contributing to the physical training of the RAID Strasbourg (an elite French Law Enforcement unit).

Yann has started with Kettlebells trough GS, in 2011 Later, he's specialized in hard style. He officially became SFG1 instructor in 2017.

His goal is to introduce people to strength training in order to enable them to improve and develop their posture and mobility in their daily lives.

Après une carrière militaire de 8 années, Yann, basé à Strasbourg, se lance dans l’apprentissage des métiers de la forme. Il évolue ensuite dans le coaching sportif auprès de particuliers et d’entreprises, en parallèle de ses interventions dans la préparation physique du RAID Strasbourg.

C’est en 2011 qu’il s’initie à la pratique du Kettlebell par le GS, se perfectionnant ensuite dans la technique du hard style. Il devient officiellement instructeur SFG1 en 2017.

Son objectif est d’initier toute personne à pratiquer la force afin de lui permettre d’améliorer et de développer posture et mobilité au quotidien.

I was very fortunate to meet Yann at a low point in my life where I was struggling with severe protracted inflammatory back problems. After receiving the appropriate medical treatment, I still had to get stronger to get my body and life back on track.

Thanks to his expertise, I could quickly and safely engage in a tailored resistance training regimen including many kettle bell exercises as well as TRX, TRX rip trainer, elastic bands, mobility stick and bodyweight exercises. After a series of 15 private sessions, where mobility was also a key focus, the result was amazing: I had substantially gained muscle, felt way better in my body and my spirits were markedly lifted.

What turns out to be very effective in Yann’s approach is the way he zeroes in on your weaknesses after a thorough body analysis and elaborates a custom program to tackle them. He challenges you but never goes beyond what you can safely do. Good form is of utmost importance for him and ensures a safe training.
He’s been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and his many certifications testify to his high level of practice and knowledge in the domain of weight lifting, strength conditioning and overall body fitness.

To this day, I continue my training sessions with him and keep seeing progress in my recovering body. Thank you so much, Yann!

Après plusieurs années de cours collectifs cardio sans avoir de réel objectif . Il y a un peu plus d un an, je me suis tourné vers Yann pour qu il m enseigne les techniques de bases du kettlebell afin de travailler et développer ma force.
