Hi my name is Dennis,

I am a Student of Strength at Strongfirst The School of Strength.

I came in touch with a kettlebell in 2019 and it was love after the first session.

I was never the `unfit´ guy and I try a few sports but what i experienced with the bells is unbelievable.
I was able to dial in a complete Movement practice in about 20mins and the benefits as a Father with a Job and a Farm are more than obvious.

Strength is a skill that EVERYBODY can accomplish.

Stongfirst and a Certified Instructor are the best Place to Start.
