My mission? Getting people stronger (mentally and physically), and helping people to become a better version of themselves. You can see me as your compass to get you on the right track, so that you can make the right choices for you and your health.
I am a StrongFirst Elite instructor, FMS level 1/2 practitioner and passionate about lifting heavy weights, living a healthy lifestyle in a busy and sometimes overwhelming world.

Luca is amazing when it comes to coaching people. Never met a coach with more detailed knowledge of strength and physical health in general. Training with him made me feel much more stable and helped me get rid of my sporadic back pain when deadlifting.
