Eszter Cserhalmi

I started my "Kettlebell journey" in 2008 and passionately keep practicing and teaching since then.

Adding more skills to my toolset and reaching the StrongFirst Elite level helped me support my students reach their goals in their training, whether it was a preparation for a StrongFirst Certification, or a Spartan race,os a grandmother to be able to lift her grandchildren (yes, this is a real life story).

I'm also a certified Buteyko Clinic and Oxygen Advantage Master instructor, teaching breathing exercises for health and sports performance, which combines well with strength training and supporting my students' recovery.

I strongly believe that everyone has at least one superpower and my mission is to help my students unlock that potential they never thought they had.
