Woochae Yoon, PT, Sr. SFG, GFM Global Instructor, Flexible Steel Instructor Specialist, CK-FMSNow he teaches rehabilitation and movement workshop(Ground Force Method, Flexible Steel) and Strength(StrongFirst Kettlebell, Barbell and Bodyweight user courses) and also coaches 1 to 1 lesson / Group Lesson at his gyms, POWERZONE in Seoul.
He worked with amateur basketball team and sports rehabilitation hospital as a rehabilitation specialist over 10 years.
Since Hungary RKC in 2009, he have been training and studying about strength and movement.
