Hello!!! I am thrilled you are here! Let me introduce my self. I am Anna Willard, a Kettlebell strength coach, published author, motivational speaker, creator of ironwilltrain, and a movement nerd on a mission to give you Hope.
I have a talent to meet you right where you are at physically and mentally. While at the same time, I gently move you past comfort zones challenging and strengthen you mentally and physically! My goal as a coach is to allow you to strength your hopes and dreams and believe in your powerful self!
My exercise journey consisted of many injuries and failed goals (read my full story here). Understanding how movement is medicine, I have healed and become stronger from these injuries. Exercise and movement continues to give my hope and allows me to dream again and again!
My journey of discovery hope through exercise and athletics started at the age of 13 years old when I made a vow to myself to play college basketball in honor of my cousin Kelly McAleer after his death at the young age of 16 years old. Kelly inspired me to play basketball and through this sport I was able to create hope for myself. This journey of hope has been learning how to move through the dark times of deaths, depression, and abuse. During these darkest moments in life, I discovered how I am able to shine by physical training my body to move past the heart aches.
I want to empower you beyond the person you ever thought you could be! Hope is alive and it is alive in you! You are meant to shine with hope! Hope comes alive in our physical health!
