Casey Gunning

Matt (my husband) and I own Gunning Elite Training...a small strength and conditioning gym just south of Saratoga Springs, NY. We have a daughter and two vizslas that complete our gym management team.

In addition to marketing, communications and client engagement for the gym, I'm also a full-time Communications Manager for GE. Matt is definitely the programming/instructing guru in our outfit, and I support how and where I can. I'm proud to be SFG 1 and CFSC certified.
