Absolutely top notch instructor. Derek is not just extremely knowledgeable across the spectrum of StrongFirst training modalities, he is also very personable and more than willing to share his knowledge and experience. I just completed the All Terrain Conditioning course and Derek was fantastic, one of the best instructors I have ever worked with.
