Eric AddisEric's story begins growing up with a set of weights in the garage and reading everything he could on the topic of exercise, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and sport specific training. Later in life, after becoming a full time personal trainer, he was introduced to the Turkish Get Up. Fascination with the new exercise drove Eric to research the movement, leading to his initiation with kettlebells. Kettlebell training helped Eric rehab his shoulder, allowing him to play competitive baseball pain free and improve his strength and conditioning levels above anything he had achieved before. Professionally training since 2010 Eric combines his knowledge of various training modalities with his passion to improve people’s lives through strength. Eric has trained servicemen, marathoners, triathletes, baseball players, people in need of corrective exercise, and the general public. Eric will approach your individual strength journey as the most important, because it is.

Eric is the man. He’s definitely helped me explore different variations to help my snatches look effortless. His attention to detail is on point and the information he provides is very digestible to attain. I’m a trainer myself, so having him train me was game changer.

Most trainers talk a good game but have a one-size-fits all approach. Coach Eric is the opposite. He understands and knows how to work around injury, and he seriously helped me build my skills.

Helped me increase my hollow hang from 12 seconds to 20 seconds without even meeting in person. Also answers any other of my fitness related questions. Overall super genuine and friendly. Would definitely book some personal training sessions if I lived closer.

Eric was a great trainer. I only stopped using him when he moved to Los Angeles. He was attentive to what I wanted from my training and helped me get stronger.
