I have been training under John for many years now. His knowledge and technical know-how WILL help you reach your goals. It will also keep you from burning out or injuring yourself. As a coach myself, I know the importance of having a coach to help you stay focused and plan your work accordingly.

John is an amazing instructor with one focused objective, help you improve. He focuses on proper form and technique and creates workouts according to your skill level and ability.

I have seen much growth under his instruction. Having an instructor like John show you how to properly perform exercises then watch and correct your form has been invaluable and has saved me from a lot of injury.
