Katharine Gould

Katie Gould is the owner of KG Strong, a woman-powered body-positive strength studio in South Philly. She is also Philly Magazine's 2017, "Best of Philly Personal Trainer" and a proud SFG II. Katie and her team at KG Strong offer private and small group kettlebell training, powerlifting and Yoga, in a safe and focused environment. Katie is passionate about helping people find their inner and out strength, and building a strength community that is inclusive, supportive and fun.
