Lacie Brandts

Lacie Brandts is a CPA and works full-time as the Assistant Controller at New Fashion Pork in Jackson, Minnesota. She is also an assistant instructor for EDK Training, coaching virtual kettlebell classes. A distance runner since high school, she has completed seven marathons and over a dozen half marathons.

In 2012, she started training with kettlebells to supplement her running. She became a little more serious about kettlebells in 2014 and set a goal to pass the SFG Level I Certification. She completed the Certification in 2015, and has also completed the SFG II, SFL, and SFB.

Lacie completed the Sinister challenge in November 2015 and earned the Iron Maiden title in April 2016. What started as a personal challenge to pass the SFG I has grown into an unexpected passion for strength training and coaching others.
