Mark is the ultimate coach’s coach! He successfully distance coached me during my training to attain my SFL certification and, thanks to his amazing expertise in programming, I passed! Even though we live on opposite ends of the country Mark knew precisely when to ease me back and when to push me forward during my training, simply through watching the videos I sent of my training sessions and candid discussions of each session. He is a seasoned and very wise strength coach which is very evident in his excellent programming skills and eye for detail in human mechanics.
