Rachel NardRachel is an owner of Main Street Strength alongside her husband Patrick. Kettlebell and barbell training are her strong suits. As a mother of two, she has successfully trained through both pregnancies and beyond.
Rachel was a three sport athlete growing up, and excelled as a softball pitcher at her high school in NYC. Post-college, she has competed in amatuer powerlifting meets, in which she earned first place in her weight class at each meet.
Prior to owning Main Street Strength, Rachel was a Personal Training Manager at multiple Equinox Fitness Clubs in NYC.
Her certifications include: American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT), StrongFirst Level 2, StrongFirst Lifter, Pre & Post Natal, Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist (FRCms), Kinstretch and Precision Nutrition-1. She holds specialty programming certifications in StrongFirst’s Plan Strong and Strong Endurance. Rachel also holds a B.A. in Theology from Boston College.
