Stanton Ward

Originally from North Carolina and beginning with training for sports such as Football and Wrestling, then evolving into understanding the science and mechanics of human movement after earning his BS in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University, Stanton has many years of experience in Fitness, health and athletics.

Stanton emphasizes the foundational elements of bodyweight strength while layering on tools such as Kettlebell and Barbell training to develop strength, conditioning and mobility with his clients. That approach, combined with understanding nutrition and intrinsic motivation, fuel his desire to promote preventive methods of sustainable lifestyle change within everyone he meets and works with.

As a StrongFirst Instructor, Stanton believes in showing up daily at your best and being adaptable to change.
