profilephoto01-001370000076TuEAAUZar Horton is a 32 year veteran of Albuquerque Fire Rescue, who retired in 2021 as a Battalion Chief. He has been training others in the use of Kettlebells since 2004. For the last 21 years he has devoted himself to bringing safe, functional, strength-training and fitness, along with greater quality of life and longevity, to fire service, law enforcement and our military members. Zar has also trained professional athletes and enjoys training with collegiate and youth athletes. He currently holds position of Master Kettlebell Instructor Elite with STRONGFIRST. He has instructed across the United States and internationally.

Zar is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a specific goal that I needed to meet and he helped me create a plan for the months leading up to the event. I was able to crush the goal using an approach I wouldn't have thought of on my own.
I also attended some of his group workouts and found them to be very fun and challenging. Could not recommend him more.
