  • Finaly 😃 ive been wanting this for so long.
Time to learn to be strong & awsome!
    Thanks

  • Awesome news SF! I would find the podcast transcripts EXTREMELY helpful. I listen often in the car and it’s a little dangerous to take notes – would be a great resource to refer to!

  • Excellent – look forward to these.

I can’t be the only one hoping for an in depth chat/interview with Pavel. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen him on the site.

    #pavel

    • Thanks for asking. We are thinking about adding them (if people think they are helpful?).

      • Transcripts are great for taking notes and extremely great for those not fluent in English (just because od being fluent in other language :D)

        • Transcript podcast, transcript podcast, transcript podcast!!! We all want transcript podcast :D.

Everything StrongFirst creates must be studied thoroughly. So a transcript would be fantastic.

    • We are aiming for weekly podcasts. The first few episodes are introductory. The second set of episodes will focus on Strong Endurance training.
