You're right Geoff! By the way, I've done 86 of your old 99 holiday workouts. What an outstanding e-book by the way. My favorite? (from a pain standpoint) was the snatch to press to squat ladders with a 70lb. kettlebell. I threw in pullup ladders to in between kettlebell rungs. Hardest thing I ever did.
