So today was the USA Powerlifting Delaware Fall Classic. My first official meet! I was entered in M3 105. (63yrs, 112#) First squat 85k, Second 95k Third 105k, all lifts 3 white lights First bench 45k Second 55k all whites up until now Third 70k failed to lift , 3 reds(4# over recent PR)...
