  1. Kettlebell BENT PRESS. HELP! from 48kg to a next size kettlebell

    Hi everyone, I'm Luca. I need a program to increase my bent-press. I weigh 58 kg, I am able to perform the Bent-press with 48kg. I would like to try one with a heavier kettlebell (52 or 56 kg). Does anyone know an effective program?
