I'm currently swinging 36kg with competence. I want to take a break and work on my snatch for a while. What would be a good way to keep my current capability on the swing? Can I do it with swinging once a week and snatches the other two session?
I'm 57, 5' 10" 205 and training on a three day a week schedule. I'm doing one kettle bell exercise along with squatting and dead lifting.
Any suggestion on how to maintain my swing capablity?
