I have read Bret Contreras emg studies on tnation( Inside Your Muscles). He measured emg response in himself using different excersises for instance Rack Pull 405: hid lat was activated 153. He weighs 238 and i weigh 170. Would my emg numbers be different lifting the same weights. A 405 pull would be harder on me than him.

Even two individuals of the same bodyweight are going to have different EMG scores because of different anatomy -- different bone lengths will lead to different lever arms and thus different EMGs.

It's the relative effort that matters.

A 405 will be harder for you, sure. So scale it down for your weight.
