Hi All!

I’ve been doing these for awhile.

Recently switched to a neutral rack from supinated because I found it to feel more stable.

I noticed a bit of extension at the top of my lifts post switch.

I feel like my pelvis & lower back are in a solid neutral position. Just seeing upper back extension that I haven’t seen before.

Upper back extension is certainly better than rounding.

Should I pay any attention to this?



 
Overall solid work.

At the finish of the DL and transitioning to lower the weight to the thighs to get under it there is an early rebend of the knees—I would work on "finishing" the DL before the transition.

There is a bit of lower back extension at the finish of the Zercher.
