Weight Loss Update

Hey Guys! Pretty excited to share that I am down over 15lbs since starting in March!

I didn't plan on losing weight, just getting strong enough to compete in PL and Strongman... I guess my work is paying off.... I started at about 363lbs, and am down to under 348 as of this morning, and it has steadily remained under 350 for the last week... I also can very clearly tell my shoulder, forearms, quads, and chest are MUCH tighter than before.

I have definition to my forearm that wasn't there before, same with my shoulders. My chest is very tight along my sternum and the top along my clavicle, still got fattiness at lower titty lol

My core is a lot tighter as well now, and my quads have a new muscle I've never noticed before. If I stand and flex/lock my knees, the muscle that is where the front and outer side of my leg meet has a muscle bulging there vertically.

Also, just run my first 40 yard dash in forever, clocked in at about 7.6 seconds!!
